Does Glyco Reset Have Caffeine? Two Ingredients Say Yes, the Label Gives No Amount

Quick answer

Does Glyco Reset have caffeine? Almost certainly some, though we cannot size it. The blend lists green tea leaf extract and guarana seed extract, both caffeine sources, and the label prints no caffeine figure. Count it against the up-to-400-mg daily guide for most adults and ask your pharmacist.

A brand picture, posed. It tells you nothing about what the bottle contains.

Which names on the label bring caffeine?

Green Tea Leaf Extract and Guarana Seed Extract, the seventh and fourth names in the printed order. Both share the 200 mg blend with nineteen others.

Guarana seeds contain caffeine, and Sloan Kettering lists nausea and insomnia, with heartbeat changes at high amounts (MSK, Guarana (About Herbs)). NCCIH reports that green tea extract pills can cause stomach upset and higher blood pressure (NCCIH, Green Tea).

Nothing on the label states a caffeine amount. A number quoted elsewhere is not from the bottle.

How would a caffeine budget work with an unknown amount?

Add up what you already drink, leave room, and treat the drops as an unknown on top.

Take Ana, an invented reader who has two 8 oz coffees a day. Using MedlinePlus ranges, that is 190 to 400 mg before anything else, already at the 400 mg daily guide for most adults (MedlinePlus, Caffeine).

The last row stays blank. Anyone near the guide should ask a pharmacist before adding it.

Can the blend total reveal the caffeine?

No. It only sets a ceiling: all 21 names fit inside 200 mg together.

Slide the meter to see how a shared total divides in plain arithmetic. It is not the real split, because the label does not print one.

How thin does a 200 mg blend spread?

21 ingredients sharing equally: about 9.5 mg each. The label does not print the split, so this is arithmetic, never the real amounts.

The label prints one total for the whole blend, 200 mg, and a list of names in printed order. Rules for proprietary blends let a label do that (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR), Supplement Facts and proprietary blends). Studied amounts of single plants are listed on the label-vs-study table. This meter only divides.

Who should ask a pharmacist about caffeine first?

Anyone sensitive to caffeine, or with anxiety, a racing heart, high blood pressure, trouble sleeping, liver disease or pregnancy.

  • MedlinePlus lists anxiety, irregular heartbeat and high blood pressure as reasons to limit caffeine.
  • Count your coffee, tea and energy drinks alongside any supplement.
  • Do not stop prescribed medicine for any reason.

Our green tea and guarana page has the long version.

What should a Glyco Reset buyer do about caffeine?

Read your bottle for caffeine or warnings, since text we do not have may be printed there.

FAQ01

Caffeine questions

What is the caffeine amount per dropper?

Unknown. The label as given prints none. Green tea and guarana both carry caffeine, so assume some is present. Check your own bottle and ask the seller in writing if it matters to you.

Can Glyco Reset replace my morning coffee?

We cannot say, and it is not sold for that. The label gives no figure to compare with the 95 to 200 mg MedlinePlus lists per 8 oz of coffee. Keep your usual routine and ask a pharmacist.

Is it fine to take the drops late in the day?

We cannot advise on timing. Guarana is linked to insomnia, and the amount in the drops is unknown. Follow the directions on your bottle and ask your pharmacist if sleep is a concern.

Does green tea extract affect blood pressure?

NCCIH says green tea extract supplements can raise blood pressure in some people. The amount in this blend is not printed. If you have hypertension, ask your doctor first.
